01 / STORYA through-line, not a pivot

Two decades at the meeting point of systems and people.

I’ve always asked the same question: how can technology make complex work feel clearer, more useful and more human?

2001–2009

Computer Science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, followed by software testing engineering roles at Microsoft and Genesys in Shanghai.

2009–2012

Founded and led a technology company—moving from building software to building organizations.

2013–2015

Earned an M.S. in Educational Technology at SUNY Potsdam, connecting systems thinking with how people learn.

2016 onward

Built an online education business, became an FDNP, and expanded into AI strategy, AI systems and creative technology.

My vision is to make AI feel less like another demanding tool—and more like a capable system that helps a business move with clarity.
